Congrats to Albert & Adriana! It’s great to see these kinds of success stories, particularly about how people can take charge and improve their health. One of the things I love about Kaiser is the focus on prevention and healthy lifestyle.

I enjoyed this encouraging story with simple realistic suggestions to weightloss (portion control and exercise–walking with your spouse). I disagree with the direction Kaiser is going. I think that Kaiser is a very efficiently run medical group with caring well qualified staff.

I am sorry your opinion about Kaiser and Kaiser Physicians is on the negative side. I have been a member since 1998 and have had the same Physician. I especially appreciate how he takes the time to thoroughly explain test results and thoroughly answer any questions I may have.

Way to go Albert and Adriana. I have been a member of Kaiser since 1975 and it has only gotten better. Publishing this example of how Kaiser helps it’s members is a good example. You two worked very hard and my husband and I are cheering you on. We’re on the same journey. Hooray for you!

I think what this couple has done is a beautiful display of a great partnership at work. They didn’t put each other down, they merely supported each other in a common goal. Kudos to their weigh loss & their health. Thanks kp for sharing this with us!

I’ve been a Kaiser member since 1956 and from excellent I
have watched it going down the drain. This
    applies exclusively to
primary physicians. Of course this commentary will not be posted.
